Chip and Joanna Gaines own a stunning farmhouse and many of you would have seen its glimpses in their TV show Fixer Upper. This house is 1,700 square feet in area and it boasts Victorian style of construction. The entire property sits on 40 acres in Texas near Waco. The couple is often fixing others’ houses but when they get time, they attend to their heaven as you can tell by taking a peek at it. Chip and Joanna Gaines purchased this house back in 2012 and have transformed it so much that previous owners would not have an easy time recognizing the property now.
