Journalist Richard Buckley crossed paths with iconic fashion designer Tom Ford at a runway event, and from that moment, their love story took flight. Despite an age difference, their bond proved unshakable. Since their first meeting in 1986, a time when the AIDS crisis was devastating the LGBTQ+ community and claiming many of their friends, they have stood by each other. The couple, who share a son named Alexander, made their union official by tying the knot in 2014.
