Bern Nadette Stanis – 68

An iconic actress and author, Bern Nadette Stanis is most famous as Thelma Davis, the only daughter of James Evans Sr. and Florida on Good Times. This was a really fun sit-com back in the ’70s that has given birth to quite a number of pop culture references.

After Good Times came to an end, Stanis took a step back from acting but made several appearances on What’s Happening Now and The Cosby Show. Apart from her passion for entertainment media, she has written several books such as The Last Night, For Men Only, Situations 101: Finances, and Situations 101: Relationships, The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

Lisa Bonet – 54

Although her professional name or the name that she is well known for is Lisa Bonet, her real name now is actually Lilakoi Moon. Lisa decided to legally change her name in 1995. The gorgeous Lisa Bonet is not only the wife to the gorgeous Jason Momoa, she is the American actress who has been active in the Hollywood spotlight since 1982. Lisa is famous for her role as Denise Huxtable in The Cosby Show which aired from 1984 until 1992. Her beauty made her participate in beauty competitions as well as appearing guess in television shows. Lisa started in A Different World but decided to leave the show when she had her first pregnancy. Lisa then continued to star in The Cosby Show, before leaving due to hear different opinions. Her first marriage did not go so well, but she then met the love of her life and married Jason Momoa in 2007. The two love birds have two beautiful children together. Lisa is now still active in acting.

Wesley Snipes – 59

Born in Florida, Wesley Snipes made his film debut in ‘Wildcats’ and was cast in Mo’ Better Blues’ later. Snipes took the leading role in ‘Jungle Fever’ and also played one of the most memorable characters—stylish crime lord Nino Brown in New Jack City.

Throughout the ’90s, Snipes was one of the biggest actors in Hollywood. Audiences best remember him in such action adventures as 1993’s ‘Rising Sun’ and 1998’s ‘Blade.’ Snipes has made a great effort to explore other directions with films such as ‘Waiting to Exhale’ in 1995, ‘To Wong Foo,’ and many others.

Philip Michael Thomas – 72

Through his career that spanned almost three decades, Philip Michael Thomas had become quite the celebrity with his acting roles. Today, he is mostly remembered for playing Detective Ricardo Tubbs in Miami Vice and as the man behind Lance Vance’s voice in the games Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Vice City Stories. However, ever since the early ‘00s, Thomas slowly started to disappear from the spotlight. By that time, he had already acquired a big enough fortune to be able to enjoy his retirement. The last time we saw him was in the 2015 short film called Thank You, Fifteen.

Ted Lange – 74

Ted Lange studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, segueing his passion of acting into a career. Ted’s first acting credit did wonders for his career, starring alongside the great Gavin MacLeod in ‘The Love Boat’. The experience made their friendship indomitable ever since! In 2006, Ted was seen on the fourth season of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, a reality program designed to help celebrities get in shape. He lost an impressive 28 pounds on the show! Over his career, he built a small fortune of $4 million and he retired in 2014.

Carl Weathers – 74

Just because we rarely see Carl Weathers in new films anymore doesn’t mean he has not been keeping busy. Carl first became recognized by playing Apollo Cree in the Rocky films back in the ‘70s and ‘80s. He later managed to switch between tough and comedic roles like changing shirts with films like Predator and Happy Gilmore. Decades have gone by and Carl is now mainly doing voice acting. After voicing Omnitraxus in Stars vs the Forces of Evil, he even managed to voice Combat Chris in Toy Story 4 in 2019.

Billy Dee Williams – 85

Star Wars enthusiasts definitely recognize Billy Dee Williams, who had his rise to stardom for portraying Lando Carlrissian in the ‘Star Wars’ franchise. He is also set to reprise the role in the next installment of the franchise in 2019! Williams has appeared in several other iconic movies as well, but most notably next to ‘Star Wars’, Williams also had the opportunity to play Harvey Dent on 1989’s ‘Batman’. Despite his successful career, Williams’s personal life has some trials and tribulations, and literally at that, as he has faced many legal issues regarding domestic violence.
