An iconic actress and author, Bern Nadette Stanis is most famous as Thelma Davis, the only daughter of James Evans Sr. and Florida on Good Times. This was a really fun sit-com back in the ’70s that has given birth to quite a number of pop culture references.

After Good Times came to an end, Stanis took a step back from acting but made several appearances on What’s Happening Now and The Cosby Show. Apart from her passion for entertainment media, she has written several books such as The Last Night, For Men Only, Situations 101: Finances, and Situations 101: Relationships, The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.
Born in Florida, Wesley Snipes made his film debut in ‘Wildcats’ and was cast in Mo’ Better Blues’ later. Snipes took the leading role in ‘Jungle Fever’ and also played one of the most memorable characters—stylish crime lord Nino Brown in New Jack City.

Just because we rarely see Carl Weathers in new films anymore doesn’t mean he has not been keeping busy. Carl first became recognized by playing Apollo Cree in the Rocky films back in the ‘70s and ‘80s. He later managed to switch between tough and comedic roles like changing shirts with films like Predator and Happy Gilmore. Decades have gone by and Carl is now mainly doing voice acting. After voicing Omnitraxus in Stars vs the Forces of Evil, he even managed to voice Combat Chris in Toy Story 4 in 2019.
