Jimmie Walker – 74

Jimmie Walker is an actor and comedian from the United States who is best known for his role in the sitcom ‘Good Times.’ He wanted to work in radio and majored in radio engineering. He used to work as a vendor at the ‘Yankee Stadium,’ but eventually moved on to WRVR Radio. In the late 1960s, he began performing stand-up comedy and was discovered by the producers of the show “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh In.” This is how he was cast in his breakout series, ‘Good Times,’ where he played James ‘J.J.’ Evans Jr. For this role, he received a ‘TV Land Award’ and two ‘Golden Globe’ nominations.
