An incredible woman whose career has existed since World War II, Petula Clark is living proof that pure talent and hard work can indeed get you far. Born Pamela Ann Clement, Pam adopted the name Pam St. Clement when she decided to be professionally involved in acting, back in the 1970’s. Julie Goodyear was diagnosed with cancer shortly after being cast for a permanent role on Coronation Street. While the actress never publicly talked about her illness until she had fully recovered, her frequent absenteeism from the show soon began raising questions among fans.
