An iconic actress and author, Bern Nadette Stanis are most famous as Thelma Davis, the only daughter of James Evans Sr. and Florida on Good Times. This was a really fun sit-com back in the ’70s that has given birth to quite a number of pop culture references.
After Good Times came to an end, Stanis took a step back from acting but made several appearances on What’s Happening Now and The Cosby Show. Apart from her passion for entertainment media, she has written several books such as The Last Night, For Men Only, Situations 101: Finances, and Situations 101: Relationships, The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

Ralph Carter is a musician and actor best known for his role on CBS’s Good Times. He was nominated for a Tony Award, a Drama Desk Award, and a Theatre World Award for his performances on Broadway and Off-Broadway, including Raisin, for which he was nominated for a Tony Award, a Drama Desk Award, and a Theatre World Award.

Carter has a few songs out, one of which charted at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2016, he appeared on the TV show “Steve Harvey” as a guest. The actor is currently living in seclusion, out of the public eye. He and his second wife, River York, and their three children currently reside in New York City.

Jimmie Walker is an actor and comedian from the United States who is best known for his role in the sitcom ‘Good Times.’ He wanted to work in radio and majored in radio engineering. He used to work as a vendor at the ‘Yankee Stadium,’ but eventually moved on to WRVR Radio. In the late 1960s, he began performing stand-up comedy and was discovered by the producers of the show “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh In.” This is how he was cast in his breakout series, ‘Good Times,’ where he played James ‘J.J.’ Evans Jr. For this role, he received a ‘TV Land Award’ and two ‘Golden Globe’ nominations. He appeared in shows like “At Ease” and “Bustin’ Loose.”

Although her professional name or the name that she is well known for is Lisa Bonet, her real name now is actually Lilakoi Moon. Lisa decided to legally change her name in 1995. The gorgeous Lisa Bonet is not only the wife to the gorgeous Jason Momoa, she is the American actress who has been active in the Hollywood spotlight since 1982. Lisa is famous for her role as Denise Huxtable in The Cosby Show which aired from 1984 until 1992. Her beauty made her participate in beauty competitions as well as appearing guess in television shows. Lisa started in A Different World but decided to leave the show when she had her first pregnancy. Lisa then continued to star in The Cosby Show, before leaving due to hear different opinions. Her first marriage did not go so well, but she then met the love of her life and married Jason Momoa in 2007. The two love birds have two beautiful children together. Lisa is now still active in acting.

Ted Lange studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, segueing his passion of acting into a career. Ted’s first acting credit did wonders for his career, starring alongside the great Gavin MacLeod in ‘The Love Boat’. The experience made their friendship indomitable ever since! In 2006, Ted was seen on the fourth season of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, a reality program designed to help celebrities get in shape. He lost an impressive 28 pounds on the show! Over his career, he built a small fortune of $4 million and he retired in 2014.
Carl Weathers – 74

Just because we rarely see Carl Weathers in new films anymore doesn’t mean he has not been keeping busy. Carl first became recognized by playing Apollo Cree in the Rocky films back in the ‘70s and ‘80s. He later managed to switch between tough and comedic roles like changing shirts with films like Predator and Happy Gilmore. Decades have gone by and Carl is now mainly doing voice acting. After voicing Omnitraxus in Stars vs the Forces of Evil, he even managed to voice Combat Chris in Toy Story 4 in 2019.

She was born in North Carolina back in 1949. Pam Grier spent the ‘70s from one film set to the other. She made her debut with a small role in Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. Eventually, Pam landed roles in films like Coffy, and in turn, even starred in Tarantino’s Jackie Brown in the ‘90s. Pam is now worth around $10 million. She is 73 years old and has been playing in the series called Bless This Mess ever since 2019 on the role of Constance. She lives in a ranch-style house in Franktown, Colorado.
