Rob Lowe – $47 Million, Santa Barbara

Since 2005, Rob Lowe and his wife Cheryl have raised their kids in this Georgian-style house in Montecito, Santa Barbara. The size alone, at 10,000 square feet, will make you gasp for breath because of its grandeur. After all, the property was even featured in the 2010 issue of the Architectural Digest. The couple’s kids must have had memorable moments in his 3.4-acre estate.

The 6-bedroom mansion has nine fireplaces, a wine cellar, and even a cinema. A guesthouse with a kitchenette and two bedrooms, a pool house with kitchen, swimming pool, and a tennis course complete the place. However, Lowe decided to sell the place in 2018 for $47 million.
