Damon Albarn – 55

Damon Albarn is an English musician who found fame being front man of rock band Blur plus main creative force behind pop group Gorillaz but was also noted for his eclectic output being composer , producer ,and collaborator . Following brief stint at drama school ,Albarn formed a rock band that eventually became known as Blur . With him singing lead vocals plus writing principal songs ,the group –which included Coxon ,Alex James ,and Dave Rowntree –issued its debut album Leisure in 1991 .In addition ,Albarn composed music for Monkey :Journey to The West ,a Mandarin-language opera based on Wu Cheng’en’s 16th-century novel Xiyouji plus he wrote ,composed ,and performed in Dr Dee :An English Opera ,a fantasia on life of English polymath John Dee.
