Jessie Wallace – Now 51
Jessie Wallace is a British actress who has become one of the most recognisable faces on television. She rose to fame in 2000 when she was cast as Kat Slater in the BBC soap opera EastEnders, for which she won the National Television Award for Most Popular Serial Drama Performance in 2004.
Since then, she has starred in various films and television series, including Bad Girls, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus and The Ghost Squad. In recent years, Jessie has also ventured into theatre, appearing in productions such as Grease, The Vagina Monologues and The Comedy of Errors.
She is currently taking a break from EastEnders to focus on other projects, including a role in a new BBC drama. Additionally, Jessie is an active supporter of several charities including the NSPCC and Breast Cancer Care.
