Chaz Bono – 85 Pounds – Healthy Daily Routine
Back in 2012, Chaz Bono was the heaviest he had ever been. Since then, he had vowed to see positive changes on the weighing scale.To make it happen, Chaz completely overhauled his eating habits by incorporating mostly fruits and vegetables into his diet. He had also avoided starches and unhealthy food in general.
In a span of only a few months, he had managed to lose more than his doctor had instructed him to. What an achievement! As for his fitness routine, he found a new love in dancing after participating in the reality competition show Dancing With The Stars and would still go to classes every now and then, apart from occasional martial arts training that he would also regularly attend.
