It’s a beautiful gift to be able to breathe a new life into the world, and the natural process that comes with it should already be normalised. Alas, some women feel the pressure to bounce back right after pregnancy and like any other normal human beings, Kat Von D went through a similar ordeal.
She gained quite a few pounds after giving birth to her son Leafar, and it took her a while to get back to her ideal weight again. In one of her instagram posts, she highlighted the struggles of trying to lose weight whilst being a new mother. She stated she’d go to the gym regularly even when it meant sacrificing her sleep. Admirable dedication, we’d say.
