Catherine Bell  – 52

Catherine Bell is well-know as Lieutenant Colonel Sarah MacKenzie in JAG. Before landing the role, Catherine only obtained a three-line role for JAG  which she then auditioned again after CBS took over the series and it landed her the role of Sarah MacKenzie. She also starred in Army Wives as Denise Sherwood, and as the role of Cassandra “Cassie” Nightingale on Hallmark’s The Good Witch. Catherine was nominated for Best Supporting Actress on Television for Saturn Award for her role in The Triangle. We rarely see Catherine now but she still active act and recently she was in NCIS: Los Angeles for the role of Sarah MacKenzie.

eElisabeth Shue – 57

Elisabeth Shue, the beautiful American actress is famous for her roles since she was a teenager and started acting since 1982. She starred in a 1984, The Karate Kid, Back to the Future II in 1989, and Hollow Man in 2000. Her acting has made her nominated & won numerous awards including, Academy Awad, the Golden Globe and even, BAFTA. She is also famous for starring in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation for 3 years, from 2012 to 2015. Elisabeth is the definition of beauty and brain, she was an alma mater in Harvard University in 2000.

Laura San Giacomo – 58

Laura San Giacomo is an Italian American actress who discovered acting during her time attending Morris Knolls High School. Before acting, she appeared few times in theater productions. Laura is famous for her role as Kit De Luca in Pretty Woman. She is still active in acting and appeared in Grey’s Anatomy in 2018.

Kristy McNichol – 58

Kristy’s most iconic role was Angel from Little Darlings, but that role did not mark the high point of her career. Her portrayal of Letitia ‘Buddy’ Lawrence in the sitcom Family granted her an Emmy award in 1979. Besides that, Kristy has had a host of memorable roles in films such as Starsky & Hutch, The Love Boar, and Bionic Woman. After she retired form acting, she took up teaching acting at an LA private school and also spent a lot of her time invested in charity work. In 2012 she came out as gay and hopes that her coming out will help others who struggle to come out.

Barbara Eden – 89

Barbara Eden started off her journey as an actress in 1956 on ‘The Johnny Carson Show’. Her success on the show made her a star, granted her many roles in TV shows and stage performances. She then made the leap into the movie industry which graciously accepted her. Barbara starred in several great films, most notably ‘A Private’s Affair’, ‘Swingin’ Along’, and ‘Flaming Star’, in which she had the opportunity to act alongside Elvis Presley. However, her best-known role was as Jeannie in the extremely popular sitcom, ‘I Dream of Jeannie’ which aired in the 60’s. While she is still active as of 2016, she is definitely living comfortable with her $10 million fortune.

Linda Kozlowski – 63

Linda Kozlowski gain infamy for her controversial scene in ‘Crocodile Dundee’ in the 80’s. She prevailed however and rose to fame due to her impeccable figure and starred in a variety of movies in the 90’s. Blockbuster films such as ‘Village of the Damned’ and ‘Backstreet Justice’ featured her in a leading role. The following decades weren’t as kind to her as her acting career slowed down and she retired for a more peaceful life with husband Paul Hogan. She later divorced Paul and settled down with her business partner.

Paul Hogan – 81

Australian entertainer Paul Hogan has a Golden Globe win to his name for his exemplary performance on Crocodile Dundee. Hogan has also collaborated with several brands over the years and in the ‘70s, he was featured in the Winfield cigarette advertisements. While he hasn’t officially announced that he quit acting, his last feature was in the 2009 film Charlie & Boots. Hogan has been married three times; two times to Nolene Edwards and they had five children together. In 1990, he married actress Linda Kozlowski who he co-starred with on the film Crocodile Dundee. 

Susan Dey – 68

With eyes that seemed like the ocean, Susan Dey captured the attention of people everywhere in the 80’s. She started her career in ‘The Patridge Family’, playing the character of Laurie Patridge when she was only 17. Susan had no acting experience prior to ‘The Patridge Family’ although she definitely possesses the talent. Her faultless looks and impressive talents netted her several Golden Globe nominations. She was also rumoured to be crushing on her on screen brother, David Cassidy. They tried things out for a bit and decided it didn’t work out, and Susan ended up marring her agent. To this day, Susan remains as flawless as she did in her younger days!

Lynda Carter – 69

Lynda Carter was the original Wonder Woman, storming Hollywood with her strong persona and establishing a role model for young women everywhere. Her stunning looks also caught the attention of producers and viewers of the show. Lynda also set a fashion trend in the 80’s with her thick locks of brunette hair. Carter won Miss World United States 1972, and she finished as a semi-finalist in the Miss World 1972 pageant. She has maintained her looks despite being in her late 60’s and still remains best-known for her performance as Wonder Woman

Joyce Hyser – 63

If you are into the 80s movie, you would definitely know Joyce Hyser in  the 1984 movie, This is Spinal Tap and the 1985 movie, Just One of The Guys. The beautiful actress is now 63 years old. Her career slowed down after her acting in Just One of The Guys. With her involvement in the entertainment industry for 3 decades, Joyce is worth $2 million and her income were made from her career from movies, TV series and from endorsements. Joyce is not married yet but at 63, she is still fit, healthy and looks young. Her last act in a movie was in the 2014 movie, The Wedding Pact as Sally. She is still active working as an actress but Joyce is not active in social medias.

Raquel Welch – 80

Raquel Welch made her first impressions as an actress in the 1960s. However, it didn’t help her much as an actress due to the kind of roles she received. But as she spent time in the industry, better opportunities came by and Raquel didn’t miss them. The appeared in Broadway and made a name for herself as a skillful actress. She has tied the knot four times in her life. Her first husband was James Welch but the marriage lasted only five years. She married Patrick Curtis and later Andre Weinfeld. Her last marriage with Richard Palmer ended in 2008. She is now 80 years old and single.

Mike Myers – 57

His debut was in 1992 with Wayne’s World – we are talking about the star of ‘Austin Powers’, and we bet many of you didn’t know this lovable actor also voiced Shrek. Mike Myers gained a cult following the movie and was offered the leading role in ‘The Love Guru’, a film of 2008 that Myers co-wrote and co-produced as well. Sadly, the film received atrocious reviews, and Myers hasn’t received any leading roles since. Myers landed supporting roles in the 2018 films Bohemian Rhapsody and Terminal and boasts a net worth of $175 million as of 2019.

Ted Danson – 73

Ted Danson was a part of our formative years as Sam Malone in ‘Cheers’. The series had an 11-year run and Danson received several nominations for Golden Globes and Emmys. He has also won two Primetime Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, a American Comedy Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. Danson was even awarded a star of his own on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Some of you may also remember him as Russell in ‘CSI: Crime Scene Investigation’ He is the co-author of Oceana: Our Endangered Oceans and What We Can Do to Save Them.

Kate Jackson – 72

Kate Jackson was amongst the most popular actress in the 80’s. She is mostly known for her role as Sabrina Duncan in cult TV series ‘Charlie’s Angels’, but she was let go by the producers out of nowhere. Duncan then acted in some notable TV series, such as ‘Criminal Minds’ and ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch’. Some would say she moved on to greener pastures! In 2010, it was announced by Gallery Books that they had a contract with Jackson for her to publish her memoirs. The book has been delayed continuously, with the latest reschedule date being two days before 2021.

Kelly LeBrock – 60

Kelly Lebrock was the dream girl of every teen boy in the 80’s, with looks that would turn heads wherever she was. Her debut role in ‘Weird Science’ helped her earn recognition with producers. Sadly, after her divorce from Steven Seagal, Kelly got mixed up with drug addiction which led to her early retirement. She has seen many marriages and divorces – her first husband was film producer Victor Drai, who she wed in 1984 and divorced in 1986. The in 1987, she married Steven Seagal, with whom she had three kids. She divorced Segal in 1994 and married Fred Steck, only to divorce him in 2008.

Kim Novak – 87

Kim Novak was a genuine star in the 50’s when she acted in ‘Middle of the Night’ and Hitchcock directed ‘Vertigo’. Kim also had the opportunity to work with Frank Sinatra and Kirk Douglas during their peak! After a 3 decade long career, she retired in the 90’s, signing off with the movie ‘Liebestraum’. In 2010, Novak was diagnosed with breast cancer and her manager, Sue Cameron, announced the news. Fortunately, Novak made a full recovery and was declared cancer-free after the completion of her treatment. Luckily, she will be spending the rest of her days in comfort as she has roughly $15 million to her name.

Archie Manning – 71

Archie Manning was America’s Superstar Quarterback in the ’70s. He was a well-known professional athlete who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons. Throughout his career in football, he only played for 3 teams, which were the New Orleans Saints, the Houston Oilers, and the Minnesota Vikings.

He retired in 1982,  leaving his team midway through the season. Afterward, he worked as an analyst with the Saint’s radio and television broadcasts and even appeared in a few commercials. He was also at one point on the College Football Playoff Committee and now owns a football-themed restaurant named after him – Manning’s.

Barbi Benton – 70

Barbi Benton is multi-talented. She is well-known for appearing in a famous adult magazine. Barbie started modelling as early as she was 16 and at 18, she started taking more jobs and appearing in a famous adult magazine. Barbi Benton then began a relationship with Hugh Hefner and that was when she changed her named from Barbara Klein to Barbi Benton. She then started acting ad became a regular in a comedy series, Hee Haw but later left to find more better opportunities. Barbi then retired in 1986 after she married George Gradow to focus on her family life.

David Attenborough – 94

Sir David Attenborough is amongst the most respected welfare activists in the United Kingdom. Some of his work includes BBC’s ‘Blue Planet’ as well as natural history and animal-centric programs. The series received critical acclaim with its vivid videography and showcase of nature. A self-described ‘lover of nature, people, and animals’, he has also worked with the Refugee Children’s Movement. Fans are also shocked to find out that David looked really handsome when he was young. In 2013, Attenborough had a pacemaker fitted in, but he wasn’t keen on giving up his work. It entails so much beauty and is so captivating that he seems to want to continue until his last breath!

Petula Clark – 88

An incredible women whose career has existed since the World War II, Petula Clark is a living proof that pure talent and hard work can indeed get you far. Aside  from singing in English, she can also sing in French, which contributed to her fame in France. She is best known for her hit songs such as Downtown, I Know A Place, My Love, I Couldn’t Live Without Yur Love, Colour My World, and many others that helped contribute to her success in music. After more than seven decades in the industry, it is safe to say that Petula Clark is nothing short of legendary.

Prunella Scales – 89

We may remember the beautiful Prunella Scales as Sybil in Fawlty Towers, but it was the power-packed performance as Queen Elizabeth II in A Question of Attribution that earned her a BAFTA nomination. The iconic actress who is in her late 80s has been battling Alzheimer’s since 2014.

Despite not being able to remember things, Scales is still faring well in the entertainment business. A testament to this fact is the 2019 documentary series Great Canal Journeys, wherein she starred alongside her husband Timothy West. She may be losing her memory, but we can never forget the legend.

Greg Baker – 53

Gregory Baker was best known to teens as Miley Stewart’s history teacher on Hannah Montana, Disney‘s smash hit show. Another one of his better-known projects is Sports Night, where Baker played the role of a producer named Elliot.

However, despite having gifted talents, he never had a regular stream of screen space. After a few appearances in 2012 and playing the lead role as Burger Pitt in the series I’m in the Band, it looks like Baker has taken early retirement from the showbiz, only to enjoy his days in peace and contentment.

Michael Crawford – 79

Michael Crawford was one of the most popular stars for half a century and a major box office sensation. The Phantom of the Opera actor who is in his late 70s has the looks and fitness of a man 30 years younger. Be it TV series or films, it has always been a treat to watch him on screen. The multiple awards and international acclaims prove what a phenomenal showman he is.

Apart from acting, Crawford has amazing writing skills that allowed him to publish his autobiography – Parcel Arrived Safely: Tied With String. At present, the distinguished actor is into charity, philanthropy, and social causes.

Robert Daws – 62

It is impossible to forget Roger Dervish from the cricket comedy film Outside Edge who made us laugh our hearts out. Robert Daws was the man behind that character. Unsurprisingly, his extraordinary performance earned him the Best Comedy Actor nomination at the British Comedy Awards.

Daws’ talents extend much beyond just acting. He is a literary genius who has written three books in the crime fiction genre. From making us laugh to leaving us on the edge with his gripping tales, this generation surely couldn’t ask for a more talented person.

Brenda Blethyn – 75

Brenda Blethyn’s hugely successful acting roles have made her a treasure of the show business. The entire world took notice of her after she played DCI Vera Stanhope in Vera. Eventually, the iconic actress’s performances earned her a Golden Globe, a BAFTA award, and two Academy Award nominations.

A little-known fact about this golden era star is that being on TV was never her ambition. Back in the day, she wanted to join the army. We are glad that the gorgeous lady ended up in the entertainment industry, else we would have missed this phenomenal talent.

Vera Int-Veen – 54

Vera Int-Veen is a woman of many talents! From studying law and political science to having an illustrious career in television shows, she has jumped many lanes to get to where she is today! Not only this, but Vera is also a published author of two books named Essen Sie doch, was Sie wollen, Pia und der Glückskäfer, which came out in 2001 and 2002, respectively.

Currently, the star is working as a producer for the shows Schwiegertochter gesucht and Helfer mit Herz while enjoying life with her loving partner, Obi.

Ann-Margret Olsson – 79

Ann-Margret Olsson is a Swedish native who relocated to the United States in 1946. Her resume as an actress is extremely respectable, starring in films like ‘Bye Bye Birdie’ and ‘Viva Las Vegas’. Over the course of her career, Ann-Margret has won a total of 5 Golden Globes and built up a net worth of $20 million. There were even rumours that she had a relationship with Elvis Presley whom she was filming ‘Viva Las Vegas’ with. Nothing concrete came from that, and she went on to marry Roger Smith until his passing.

Tippi Hedren – 90

Originally a fashion model, Tippi did not plan to enter the film industry until she was approached by Alfred Hitchcock. She started acting in the ’60s, appearing in films such as Marnie and The Birds. Her career enabled her to amass around $20 million fortune.

Her personal life, however, is not all sunshine and blue skies. Hedren suffered from severe headaches, which affected her ability to work and only after she had a titanium plate placed in her neck, she slowly came back to acting. Tippi was married three times and engaged once. Today, she spends her time petitioning for animal rights.

Diana Ross – 76

The multi-talented Diana Ross is the lead singer to a group name The Supremes and it make her rose to fame. They became sensational in the 60s and are the all time best selling group of girls. But it was not long till Diana decided to go solo and released her own album. Her solo career was also a success. Singing was not the only thing Diana is good at. Diana also went into acting and was nominated for both the Golden Globe Award and Academy Award. Diana is so successful that Billboard magazine named her as “Female Entertainer of the Century”. Now at the age of 76, Diana is still active in both singing and acting. She makes tour every year and her 2020 tour as been pushed to 2021 due to the pandemic.

David Birney – 81

When actor David Birney started appearing on-screen in the sixties, he immediately made women’s hearts skip a beat. His debut on the soap opera Love Is a Many Splendid Thing in 1967 was well-received, and from then on, his career in television, film, and theater went forward in leaps and bounds!

Unfortunately, David’s health took a turn for the worst when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2017. According to his friends, the now-retired actor can still converse with them and his longtime companion, Michelle Roberge. It’s sad to think that such a talented performer has to go through this, but we’re glad he is still around!

Brigitte Bardot – 86

Brigitte Bardot’s first passion was ballet, as she dreamt of being a famous ballerina one day. As she grew older, she changed her mind, and decided to pursue acting instead. We’d say she made the right decision, as she managed to appear in over 40 movies over her career! Besides acting, Brigitte also modelled and occasionally sang, and in her prime, was often head to head with fellow Hollywood star Sophia Loren. They butted heads as they were both beautiful, talented, and coincidentally the same age. Her successful career netted her a $65 million valuation to her name, and nowadays Brigitte spends her days petitioning for animal rights away from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood.

Alan Alda – 84

Alan Alda is best known for his portrayal of Captain Hawkeye Pierce on the TV series M*A*S*H. After a period of staying out of the spotlight, he regained popularity by landing a role in The West Wing. You may also know him from the time he hosted Scientific American Frontiers, which lasted an impressive 15 years.

Throughout his career, Alan received multiple accolades, including an incredible 7 Emmys and a Golden Globe. Alan also dabbled in directing and writing, adding to his $40 million net worth. Today at 84 years old, he occasionally still appears on TV but mostly spends his days engaging in charitable causes.

Lesley-Anne Down – 67

English actress Lesley-Anne Down initially gained fame playing the character Georgina Worsley on the ’70s drama Upstairs, Downstairs. Her appearances in movies like The Pink Panther Strikes Again, The First Great Train Robbery, and Sphinx earned her further recognition. She then portrayed the role of Jackie Marone from 2003 to 2012 in the long-running CBS soap The Bold and the Beautiful. Down has spoken about the indecent misconduct she had to deal with in the industry. She said that she never really enjoyed her acting career because of all those incidents, but she managed to stay on for an impressive 50 years. Now at 64, she attributes her stunning and almost non-aging looks to a healthy lifestyle.
