James Hong – 91
Few Asian men ever gain success in the American film industry, and Hong is one of the trailblazers for Asian men in the industry. His career started in the 50’s, and Hong landed many roles in Hollywood productions, namely ‘Blade Runner’, ‘Big Trouble in Little China’, and ‘Balls of Fury’. Hong also lent his voice to iconic Asian centric animated films such as ‘Mulan’ and ‘Kung-Fu Panda’. Today, Hong is mostly retired in California with his wife after a long and fruitful career, having acted in over 500 TV and film roles in his career in entertainment.
