Ryan Seacrest – $11 Million, Hollywood Hills

Ryan Seacrest is a radio personality and a TV host, best known from the American Idol. He hosted radio shows such as American Top 40 and On Air with Ryan Seacrest. On TV, Ryan co-hosted the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and since 2017, he’s been with Live with Kelly and Ryan. Seacrest’s production of Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution earned him an Emmy Award, while he also produced Bank of Hollywood and numerous other projects. He used to own this Hollywood Hills property 9,200 square feet large, on 2.87 acres of land. Ryan reportedly sold it in 2012 for $11M.
