Charlize Theron is a well-established actress, who became famous after her role in The Devil’s Advocate. She was in Mighty Joe Young, Hancock, Snow White and the Huntsman, Prometheus, Mad Max: Fury Road, among others. She won an Oscar for her performance on Monster, while her most recent roles were on Tully and Gringo, in 2018. Charlize used to own this Los Angeles mansion but sold it in 2013.

This house reportedly inspired George Harrison of The Beatles to write Blue Jay Way. Charlize bought the place in 2009 for $3.625M while she sold it for $3.8M, making money on the deal.
