Charles Grodin’s Daughter – Marion Grodin

Marion Grodin is one of the happening stand-up comics of NYC! Before embracing comedy on stage, Grodin chose to make a career in writing – an interest she had imbibed from her late father, actor Charles Grodin. The latter himself had once put his thriving acting career on hold to focus on writing. Later, the Beethoven star wrote and directed several Broadway plays and became an engaging talk show host while Marion helmed one as a comedy producer.

Growing up, little Marion was nicknamed ‘Mouth’ by her dad, and later, she aptly chose a profession that allows her to speak her mind honestly, injecting oodles of wit into her narrative.
