Chrissy Metz has been quite vocal about her struggle with weight. But when the star decided to give a shot at acting, it became all the more crucial for her to lose the extra pounds. However, instead of considering this as work, the actress thanked the stars for giving her the perfect motivation to reduce these numbers on the scale.
To that end, Chrissy became mindful of her diet. She consumed just 2000-calories a day and walked for about 20 minutes. In the following five months, she lost about 100 pounds! The artist is indeed in good shape and spirits now!

The actor from ‘Star Trek II- The Wrath of Khan’ has been on quite the trip when it comes to shedding those extra pounds. When she appeared on ‘Dancing with The Stars’ in 2011, she lost a whopping 100 pounds. Nonetheless, when the actress stopped appearing on TV, the weight came back. It wasn’t until 2015 when Kirstie made deliberate changes to her diet and started working out that she saw lasting results.

Shaquille O’Neal experienced several devastating losses in 2020 that jolted him into actively seeking fitness to lead a healthy life. After following a simple mantra of eating nutritious food and exercising regularly, the former basketball champ lost an astonishing 40 pounds in a few months.
When on the court, Shaquille believes he plays better when heavy, so he put on weight by building muscles instead of fat but let go of himself in the years following his retirement. We are glad he found the motivation to lose weight the proper way.

This lead to her gaining weight, and over the years, with the help of dieting, she tried to get back on track, but used to fall off the wagon until she buckled up!
The actress finally adopted a strict exercise routine, hired a celebrity trainer, and dropped four sizes! Dean has been able to maintain her newfound health and is now happier as a result!
