It’s always exciting to see the drastic transformation our favourite celebrities go through on their quest to weight loss. Jonah Hill is definitely one of those celebrities whose transformation left our jaws on the floor. If Jonah Hill wasn’t already so famous, you would have a hard time believing that the individual in the before and after pictures above is the same person. At this point, you’re probably eager to know his weight loss regime. His first step was taking an advice from a nutritionist and following through. Next, to keep himself active he would run on the daily and do up to 100 push-ups a day. Now that’s dedication!
