Eventually, Kristian Alfonso rebranded herself in different career fields successfully; one would’ve never guessed that she once skated her way to Figure Skating Championships and won gold. Astounding, right? Well, that’s just a taste of what this Italian-American beauty can do!

Before fashion and acting, Alfonso was a figure skater prodigy. That earlier triumph, however, was cut short after a career-ending tobogganing accident. Not wanting to be defined by her misfortune, the teenager detoured towards modeling and graced many covers of Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. Her breakthrough finally arrived in 1983 in a casting offer for the soap opera ‘Days of Our Lives.’
