Jane Fonda – $8.5 Million, Beverly Hills

Jane Fonda has a good eye for design and you can expect that all her homes usually have some artsy home decor. She once owned a very nice and modern house in Beverly Hills which was about 7,102 square feet. It came with four bedrooms, a recording lounge, a swimming pool, and a place to keep herself fit and sweat it out.

Fonda and her former partner, Richard Perry, spent $7.29 million for it back in 2012. They separated in 2017 and the house was sold in 2018 for $8.5 million. Fonda is still active today and you can catch her on Grace and Frankie.
