Having been fat-shamed his entire career, James Corden admitted it hasn’t always been an easy journey. But he was set on proving the cynics wrong. Make no mistake though; he did not take any short-cuts. Besides eliminating sugar and bread from his daily consumption, James avoided unhealthy snacks and high carbs food as well.
