By skipping late night indulgences and going on runs daily, Ricky Gervais managed to shrink down to a healthier size. His partner helped a lot, too. She’d cook him healthier meals than what he used to be eating till he succeeded to lose around 40 pounds! He was used to having double dinners at night, which contributed to him having extra weight. Now that he’s growing older, he finds it rather difficult to be doing any vigorous exercises therefore he focuses more on making sure he eats the right diet to keep him healthy.
