Oprah Winfrey – 77 Pounds – Healthy Living
Back in the 1980’s Oprah was having a hard time with her fluctuating body weight. It wasn’t until the mid 2000s when she began to take losing weight very seriously, especially after experiencing a health scare.
She made sure her effort was worthwhile this time and in order to achieve that, Oprah gave up extreme dieting and other short-lived measures she’d tried and failed in previous times. She began to start eating healthy the right way. She also made it an ultimate goal to strive to have a balanced life, and as a result, Oprah is now 77 pounds lighter and happier.
